• If you contact us directly through the app, via phone, email, or WhatsApp, we collect information about your inquiry, including your name, phone number, and any other information you provide.

1.2 Location Data

We may collect location data to display the clinic’s location on a map if you enable location services in your device settings. We use this data only for this purpose, and it will not be shared with any third parties. You can disable location services at any time through your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

2.1 Account Management

• To create and manage your account, and provide access to personalized features, such as viewing clinical services, dentists, rewards, offers, and more.

2.2 Clinical Services and Dentists Information

• To show you detailed information about clinical services and dentists available in the clinic.

2.3 Rewards and Offers

• To display your current rewards balance, offer status (e.g., earned, redeemed), and send notifications about new offers and promotions.
• To inform you about new medical instructions related to dental care.

2.4 Notifications and Communication

• To send push notifications or in-app messages about updates, offers, reminders, and new services related to the clinic.
• To communicate with you for support or inquiries made via the app.

2.5 Security

• To maintain security and prevent fraud or unauthorized access to your account.

2.6 Location Services

• To show the clinic's location on the map based on your device's location settings.

2.7 Mobile Number Verification

• When you register, your mobile number, name, and/or email will be used to verify your identity with the clinic’s medical internal system. This verification is done manually by the clinic staff to allow you to view and access your rewards. The file number (if provided) will also be used for verification.

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third parties. However, we may share your data in the following cases:

• You can enable or disable push notifications for offers, updates, and promotions through the app's settings.

6.3 Account Deletion

• You have the ability to delete your account at any time by going to the account settings and selecting the Delete Account option. Deleting your account will remove all personal data associated with your account, and you will no longer be able to access any personalized features of the app.

6.4 Requesting Data Deletion

• You can request that we delete your personal data by contacting us directly. We will process your request as required by applicable data protection laws.

7. Children's Privacy

Dental Shop Center is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
